Refund Policy
We only accept returns for defective products or items damaged in transit. Returns for any other reason (e.g., buyer’s remorse, wrong size) are not accepted. Please read carefully.
Eligibility for Return
- Defective items: Product fails to function as intended due to manufacturing defect.
- Transport damage: Item arrived physically broken, crushed, or with visible damage caused by shipping carrier.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Defect / Transport damage: We provide a prepaid return shipping label (free of charge to you).
Non-defect returns: Not accepted. If you send back an item without approval, you will be responsible for its return shipping, and no refund will be issued.
Complete Return Procedure
- Contact us via email: support@dagnabbit.shop with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Provide evidence: Submit clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage (including packaging).
- Review: Our team reviews your request within 1-2 business days.
- Return authorization: If approved, we send you a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
- Ship item back: Pack the item securely and drop off at the carrier location.
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we inspect it to confirm defect/damage.
- Refund processed: We notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method (PayPal / original card).
Refund Timelines & Method
Refunds are processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal / credit card used via PayPal). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without defect or damage.
- Items reported damaged after 72 hours.
- Items not in original condition.
Cancellation & Non-Refundable Fees
If you cancel an order after payment, please note that any non-refundable transaction fees charged by PayPal or your bank cannot be returned to you (payment provider charges). This includes international transaction fees or PayPal’s fixed fee. These third-party charges are beyond our control.
No “final interpretation” clause applies. This policy is definitive and governed by its plain terms.
